The Ironclad Paring Knife sits alongside the Santoku Knife and is made from the same high quality German stainless steel and sustainable Shear Edge™️ wool handles.

The 10cm Paring Knife is used for precise slicing, dicing, peeling and mincing and doubles up as a handy steak knife.

The Paring Knife is made in New Zealand in partnership with Victory Knives. Like all of our products, Ironclad Knives are made to last and come with a lifetime guarantee.
